I have never considered getting reconstructive surgery done on my labia. All pussies are beautiful just they way they are. We shouldn’t conform to a cookie-cutter mold of genitals, nor should we feel like we have to in order to be beautiful and confident. The only sort of modification I have considered is a genital piercing (for potential pleasure enhancement), but who knows if I will ever decide to do so.
